Ordering Process:

• Standard shipping is the current and exclusive shipping method available through the Galaxy Coins website.

• Products will be dispatched within 24 hours following the clearance of payment.

• Delivery is anticipated within a timeframe of 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Returns and Refunds:

• Given the volatile nature of precious metal spot prices, Galaxy Coins regrets to inform you that refunds are not available.

• However, a buy-back option is extended to customers.

• Exceptions to the no-refund policy may be granted at the sole discretion of Galaxy Coins.

Product Authenticity and Quality:

Customer Responsibilities:

• Pursuant to Australian law, Galaxy Coins is legally obligated to request and collect identification information, such as a driver's license or passport, for any transaction exceeding $5000.

Legal Compliance:

Order Confirmation, Pricing Irrevocability, and Trading Conduct Policy:

Upon placement of an order and the issuance of a corresponding proforma invoice, the transaction shall be deemed irrevocably confirmed. The price stated in the invoice shall be contractually fixed, based on the prevailing market rate at the time the order was submitted. This price-lock mechanism forms a critical component of Galaxy Coins’ commercial operations, ensuring transactional certainty and maintaining the integrity of our pricing framework.

Galaxy Coins expressly prohibits any practice wherein a customer places an order at a given market rate, fails to make payment in accordance with the issued proforma invoice, and subsequently attempts to cancel that order for the purpose of submitting a new one at a lower price following market fluctuations. Such conduct represents a material violation of Galaxy Coins’ trading policies and pricing protocols.

Where it is determined that a customer has engaged in this behaviour on multiple occasions, and in particular where a pattern of non-payment followed by reordering at a lower price is evident, Galaxy Coins reserves the right to take corrective action. In the event that this occurs three (3) times, the customer shall be permanently prohibited from conducting any further transactions with Galaxy Coins, without notice or further correspondence.

This policy shall be applied strictly to uphold commercial discipline, protect the integrity of our transactional processes, and ensure a fair trading environment for all parties.

In-Store Terms and Conditions

Payment Policies:

• Cash payments are only accepted at our physical store locations. To facilitate a cash transaction, customers must first contact our offices via telephone to confirm the applicable pricing with our knowledgeable staff members. Subsequent to the call, a pro forma invoice will be issued electronically.

Price Locking and Stock Holding:

• To secure a locked price or reserve inventory, customers are required to submit a deposit of $2,000 immediately.
• The outstanding balance must be paid in full within 24 hours.
• In the absence of a deposit, Galaxy Coins cannot guarantee price locking or stock holding.
• Customers opting to pay upon arrival will be subject to the prevailing pricing at the time of payment.

Cancellation Policy and Administration Fee:

• Customers canceling an order after submitting the deposit will incur an administration fee of $200, in addition to any losses sustained by Galaxy Coins due to the cancellation.
• The $200 administration fee is levied to offset the time and costs incurred by Galaxy Coins in facilitating the transaction.
• Losses resulting from a canceled order are calculated based on the price differential between the locked price and the prevailing price at the time of cancellation.
• For instance, if a customer paid a $2,000 deposit to lock a price of $3,000, but the price at cancellation is $2,500, the customer will be refunded $1,300 ($2,000 - $200 - $500).
• Conversely, if the price at cancellation exceeds the locked price, the customer will be refunded the deposit amount minus the $200 administration fee. For example, if the cancellation price is $3,500, the refund will be $1,800 ($2,000 - $200).
