Comprehensive Agreement for Product Purchases and the Use of Services.

- Acceptance of your order request will be reflected by the issuance of a corresponding pro-forma invoice, at which time the transaction will be deemed irrevocably confirmed.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to unavailable products, errors in pricing, or other reasons.
6. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on the Site are in the currency stated and are subject to change without notice.
- Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless stated otherwise or as represented at checkout.
- Payment must be made in full via electronic funds transfer only and received by us as cleared funds within 24 hours of the invoice issuance. Only then will products be prepared for shipment or made available for collection.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if cleared funds are not received within 24 hours from the issuance of the Pro-Forma invoice.
- Habitual failure to meet payment obligations will result in the cancellation of your customer profile and access to Galaxy Coins products in the future.
- We do not provide a merchant facility and, as such, do not accept credit or debit cards as a payment method.
- In case of payment disputes, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order until the dispute is resolved.

7. Product Information and Availability

- We guarantee all gold and silver bullion products manufactured by CPG Group are to the highest standards of quality, including purity, as endorsed by the manufacturers’ ISO17025 global quality standard issued by NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities Australia) to the associated laboratory.

- Some products are accompanied by a certificate that references denomination, material type, and purity, as issued by the manufacturer(s).
8. Shipping, Delivery & Insurance
- Shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delivery times vary between 3 – 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the carrier upon collection from Galaxy Coins.
- Insurance options are available at checkout.
- For consignments in excess of $5000, a flat fee of 1% of the total value is available to insure against loss in transit.
- We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses occurring during shipping.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information of the destination at which you will be able to sign and receive the consignment. Additional charges may apply if packages are undeliverable.
- Product(s) will be dispatched within 3 business days of the receipt of payment in full as cleared funds in our nominated account.
- Galaxy Coins Delivery Disclaimer
Galaxy Coins accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to parcels left unattended at the customer’s premises when no person was available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel. In such cases, the courier may leave the parcel at their discretion, and any resulting loss or damage is entirely at the customer’s risk.
We strongly recommend ensuring that someone is present at the nominated delivery address during standard delivery hours (9:00am to 5:00pm), or alternatively, arranging a secure delivery option in advance to prevent such incidents.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Due to consistent fluctuations in precious metal spot prices, we regret to inform you that refunds are not available.
- In lieu of a return/refund policy, a buy-back option is available to our customers.
